1Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the wb88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. wb88 reserves the right to verify your information at any time and to reject or terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.
• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account.
• Wb88 implements a mandatory identity verification (KYC) process before the first withdrawal is processed.

2Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

WB88 offers a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for the convenience of our members. All financial transactions are processed through a secure system that has been independently certified.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 and will be credited to the account within 5 minutes after verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, MAE, and online bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and will be processed within 1–24 working hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit, unless approved by the support team.
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal request is approved.
• Wb88 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any charges or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the member's responsibility.

WB88 does not accept payments from third parties. Deposited funds must belong to the registered member. If it is confirmed that a payment was made by a third party, WB88 reserves the right to suspend processing until full verification is completed.

3Bonus, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

Wb88 offers a variety of bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out on the relevant promotions page, and the following general terms apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise.

• All bonuses must meet the required rollover before withdrawals are permitted.
• Rollover requirements are typically between 15x to 30x bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or cashed out directly without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Wb88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any wins derived from them if there is evidence of misuse.
• Each member is only eligible for the welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim this bonus more than once using different accounts is a terms violation.
• Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and are credited automatically.
• Wb88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

4Game Rules & Member Conduct

WB88 provides a fair and secure gaming platform for all members. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, members are required to comply with the following rules throughout their use of the platform.

• All games on wb88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified and audited to ensure fairness.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools for gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Members are prohibited from colluding or cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or technical errors in the gaming system must be reported to support. Wins obtained through exploitation will not be paid out.

• Permanent account closure may occur as a result of terms violations, fraudulent activity, or at the member's own request.
• If an account is closed due to a terms violation, wb88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the offending activity.
• For closure upon member request, all eligible balances will be processed once the review is complete.
• Members who wish to close their account may contact customer support at any time.

7Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The wb88 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, certain limitations apply to our liability.

• WB88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions, internet service outages, or events beyond our control.
• Online gaming involves financial risk. Members are solely responsible for the gaming decisions they make.
• WB88 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, WB88's server records shall serve as conclusive evidence.
• WB88's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount deposited by the member within the 30 days prior to the incident.
